Create an account
Sign up with your email address or continue with Google. If you use email, we send a link to confirm the address before the account is created.

Start or join a room
Start a room to get an 8-character code, or type a code someone sent you. Only people with the code or the link can come in.

Invite people
Send the link or the code over WhatsApp, text or any messenger. They log in, open it and land in your room. Up to 10 people fit.

Search and play
Search for any song or video on YouTube from inside the room and press play. It starts for everyone.

Stay in sync
Anyone can play, pause or seek. The room follows on every device, and the chat runs next to the player.

Is it free?: Yes. There are no paid plans.
Do I need to download anything?: No. PlaySync runs in the browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
How many people can join a room?: Up to 10 people per room.
Does it work on a phone?: Yes. Every screen is built for phones and tablets as well as laptops.
What music can I play?: Anything on YouTube. If it plays there, you can play it in a room.
Who controls the music?: Everyone in the room. Anyone can pick a song, pause or seek.
